Our Story

Founder Romanie Thomas left a successful career because she wanted to find a way to prevent brilliant females from leaving roles they had invested so much of their lives achieving.

Unnecessarily long, often unproductive hours in the office are a race to see who burns out first. We believe that businesses being more results focused means that flexible working should become the new norm, consequently keeping more women in the leadership pipeline. We are determined to enable professional women to stay in a race that they want to run in.

Helen Gurley Brown wrote about 'having it all' around twenty-five years ago; we don’t think she was wrong but she was ahead of her time. The time is now.
